SOS THE AMERICAS
On October 23 2009 the famous Torch Of Life was lit in Wasilla, Alaska. It was the start of 2 year journey that ends up in Argentina October 24 2011. During thjis journey thousands of students will carry the Torch from almost 300 cities in 36 countries of the Americas. Together, with the community, media and all levels of Government, these student torch champions will bring organ & tissue donations to the forefront and hopefully help save many lives

Coach Ray Jorgensen arranged students to carry the Torch Of Life from Edmonton City Hall to Alberta Legislative Building.
We had the honour of staying at the legendary Fox Morin's house and his newly lovely wedded wife Martha Jean Lehr
