SOS THE AMERICAS
On October 23 2009 the famous Torch Of Life was lit in Wasilla, Alaska. It was the start of 2 year journey that ends up in Argentina October 24 2011. During this journey thousands of students will carry the Torch from almost 300 cities in 36 countries of the Americas. Together, with the community, media and all levels of Government, these student torch champions will bring organ & tissue donations to the forefront and hopefully help save many lives

The Torch arrived in Kristopher Knowles hands. This occasion was very emotional, to think that Kris had inspired so many people. Kris is sadly going through some health problems but vows that he will be back on the road soon
